Red II

Surrounded by Autumn
I saw red and a tear trickled
But no malice here
No discontent
For here beauty’s extravagance
in simplicity lay
Inspiring a tear
for the red of summer
spilled at my feet

I never thought of seeing it as a kind of bleeding. Very good!

If the colors of Autumn were made of music, they would play as a symphony with your words… Exquisite poem!
